These fatty acids are essential, which means they must be supplied through the diet. The absolute richest sources of these fatty acids are found in the sea in the form of fatty fish.

Larger dose than standard fish oils on the market

A+ Omega-3 is a food supplement with highly concentrated fish oil that contains the important fatty acids DHA and EPA and in a larger dose than standard fish oils on the market.

EPA and DHA contributes to the normal functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA [ 1 ] . 1 capsule of A+ Omega-3 provides a daily intake of 310 mg EPA.

DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and to normal eyesight. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA, which A+ Omega-3 with rye (440 mg) achieves with a dosage of 2 capsules daily [ 1 ] .

A+ Omega 3 is manufactured in Norway and the fish used in the fish oil is Friend of the Sea certified, which confirms its origin and sustainability. The origin of the fish is mainly the Pacific coast outside South America and it is mainly the anchovetas type of fish that is used.
