For what purposes does A+ process your personal data?
We primarily process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations towards you, e.g. administer your user account, manage your order for an item and provide service and support. Below you will find more information about each purpose, where the legal basis for our processing is also stated.
For you as a customer
When you order goods from the Website, we ask you to provide relevant personal information and your contact information so that we can process your order.
We need personal data such as contact details and payment information to be able to administer and deliver your order and provide service. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary for A+ to be able to fulfill the agreement with you. If you do not provide the information that we request when ordering, you cannot complete the order.
A+ also saves your order history, i.e. information about which goods you ordered, quantity, date and price. We save such documentation to be able to provide you with qualified service after the order, as well as to handle any complaints, and requirements under current legislation.
