Agreement is entered into between you and A+, limited company ALPHA PLUS AB, corporate no. 556273-2312, ("Alpha Plus/"we"/"us"). Contact details and other information about Alpha Plus can be found on this website. The terms are applicable to all agreements that you as a consumer enter into with Alpha Plus.

All prices on the Website include applicable VAT. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order from us.

We reserve the right for possible misspellings, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations as well as possible final sales. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. Any recommendations are only recommendations based on personal perceptions. We work to ensure that our photos are as representative as possible and correspond to reality. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. We are not responsible for information on the Website that comes from third parties.

All attempts at fraud are reported to the police and Alpha Plus reserves the right to cancel the purchase if fraud is suspected. All goods remain the property of Alpha Plus until full payment has been received by Alpha Plus.

Your contact details will only be seen and processed by Alpha Plus and our partners. Your contact details will never be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties without your consent.

All goods sold and presented in the online store are in stock (unless otherwise stated). Stock status is continuously updated, and we reserve the right for minor deviations.

The website and its content are owned by us or our partners. The information is protected i.a. through intellectual property and market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our first written approval.

Order and confirmation

In order to make a purchase via the Website, you must accept the Terms. When you accept the Terms and Conditions, you agree to comply with them in their entirety. Furthermore, you agree and confirm that you have read the information about personal data and approved the use of cookies.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions at the same time as placing your order, a binding agreement arises between Alpha Plus and you as a customer. In connection with placing your order, you also accept that you will be liable for payment corresponding to the total amount of the order. When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. In step one, you receive a preliminary confirmation. When your package is packed and ready to be delivered, you then receive your final order confirmation in step two. This order confirmation also serves as a guarantee certificate after full payment.

Alpha Plus reserves itself from deviation in final delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of your order. You can place your order on the Website around the clock, the goods are normally picked the next working day.

Payment

Alpha Plus collaborates with Klarna AB (org. no. 556737-0431) where Klarna AB provides several payment solutions via klarna Checkout. Klarna AB's provision includes card payment, invoice, account invoice, partial payment, Klarna Direkt, Swish, as well as payment through internet banking via Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB. Swedish law

This website, all content found on it and all agreements created as a result of the use of this website are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. When selling products to multiple jurisdictions, these general terms and conditions are global. However, depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, local laws may apply. We respect such applicable laws and nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as limiting your statutory rights, if those laws give you greater rights than are described here.
